The Committed to Cure Coalition Steering Committee and each of its members (the "Steering Committee") understands the importance of safeguarding the privacy of visitors to the Committed to Cure website. This Privacy Statement explains how we handle any personal information that may be collected through this website.

The Committed to Cure website is provided by the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal information collected through the website. The Steering Committee may engage third parties to assist in providing services for the Committed to Cure campaign under the instructions of the Steering Committee, including the processing of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Statement and the hosting of the Committed to Cure website – this includes the Steering Committee's appointed public affairs agency, currently H+K Strategies (“Agents”).

The Steering Committee collects your Personal Information on this website only when you choose to provide it to us, for example, if you enter data into data fields on the 'Show your Support' or 'Contact Us' sections of the website or submit a question or comment.

By providing the Steering Committee with your Personal Information, you are consenting to the collection and handling of your Personal Information in the manner set out in this Privacy Statement. If you do not consent, you should not provide your details to us.
